Led by Amanda Edwards, the Sublime brand is built on a love of food and taking care of others.  We believe events should be fun and we make every step of the process an enjoyable one. We live by the ethos, ‘no one goes hungry’ and we welcome you with open arms.

We do weddings.

We want to create the happiest memories for your big day. We keep your guests fed and watered, and look after you like one of our own. From creating your menu to the coordination of your day, we take away the stress to truly make it the Best. Day. Ever.
