She’s the woman that started all of this.
10 years ago, on the back of 12 years experience as an A La Carte Chef, Sublime Cafe and Catering was born.
With a commitment to local produce, local business and community, Amanda has created a company that goes the extra mile to make every experience with Sublime a happy one.
When you love what you do it becomes an extension of who you are. For clients of Sublime you are rewarded with Amanda’s attention to detail. From hiring the friendliest and most efficient staff to developing an ever evolving menu of exceptional quality. Whether you visit the Cafe or hire Sublime to cater your wedding, you will be cared for.
Amanda pours her heart into every part of Sublime and her impact can be felt in the welcoming feeling of the cafe to the unbelievable quality of her food.
She is a humble leader that will be embarrassed that we wrote all of these nice things about her!
But she really is that good.

Amanda has represented Australia in International cooking competitions
She was awarded gold and silver medals for Australia whilst competing in the Hans Beuschkens Award in New Zealand.
She has catered over 1000 weddings and events (!)
She is passionate about sustainability
