• Sticky Char Sui Pork (gf): Roasted to perfection served with fresh herbs.
• Chicken in Vodka Sauce (gf): Baked in a classic tomatoey, garlicky cheesy sauce with a hint of chilli.
Or
• Slow Roast Lamb (gf): Lemon yoghurt, pickled red onion with mustard gravy.
• Your choice of Salad
• Satay Rice Salad (ve, gf): It’s a classic for a reason! Hoi sin rice, housemade peanut satay sauce, pickled carrots, spring onion, fresh herbs, Sublime’s very own crunchy sprinkle Contains nuts.
• Orzo Salad (v): Sun Dried Tomato Pesto, fetta, herbs & baby spinach.
Or
• Pesto Potato Salad (ve, gf): Housemade basil pesto & potatoes, fresh spinach, parmesan, topped with crispy capers. A classic with a festive twist. Contains dairy & nuts.

• Pumpkin Wedges (ve, gf): Roasted with Sublime’s own savoury sprinkle and finished with tahini dressing adn pickled red onion. Contains Nuts.

Served in recyclable or biodegradable boxes, each dish comes with it’s own dressing / toppings (where applicable) in a separate container keep to everything fresh until you’re ready to toss / reheat and serve. It couldn’t be easier!
All of our Father’s Day Feasting options are prepared to be consumed the day of pickup. Please consume all items within two (2) hours of removal from refrigeration and within three (3) days of pickup.
Orders due: Thursday 3rd September 2026 at 5.00pm, unless sold out prior.
Pick-up: Sunday 6th September 2026 between 10.00am - 1.00pm.
